looking awsome... Could you tell me the thickness of material used? And i wonder if there are parts to "tie" sides of bumper close to fender to main brackets?

Guessing maybe 3/16ths.

The thickness varies. The main structural parts, mounting brackets, frame, winch plate, etc are 1/4" plate. The "impact prone" exterior skin areas are 3/16" and the less critical, stylistic parts are 1/8".

Oh, the ARB's great too but it won't fit my rig as nicely as the TJM. And I also like the the lack of chrome on the TJM.

Whoa! That's a blast from the past! I formed that a few years ago when we were trying to get TJM to make more. They said they'd need at least 250 paid orders for it to financially make sense for them to make another run. Now that TJM has pulled out of the North American market, I never see them making more bumpers unfortunately.

Bunch of greedy bastards if you ask me... I'm guessing custom's going to be the best option for us R50 owners who don't feel like getting gouged by ARB.
