Dowser
Any suggestion on how to get a Severely Stripped Screw in the Lower MAF position. I went to try this out and clean it up, but I couldn't even get inside the Bugger. Its a tight little fit to reach that screw and looks like the guy before Myself tried fiddling with it. I tries spraying it with some Fluid Film to try and loosen it up but Its on there tight. Any suggestions no matter how stupid will be considered. It would probably be best if I just buy a New pathfinder with a Looser screw.
88pathoffroad
If you have a Dremel tool, cut a slot in the screw head and use a flat screwdriver to remove it. Otherwise, I dunno.

Precise1
Yeah Dowser, I don't know what type of screw or how much access you have to it; sounds tight and hopefully it is a philips... Use a spot drill to make enough of a champher for a drill roughly the size of the minor diameter of the screw. Then drill it with a LEFT handed (CCW) drill. Thats all I can think of if you cant get a L screw driver on it and assuming 88's trick doesn't/can't work... Good Luck ! B
merlinx
Can you clean the o2 sensor with just carb ceaner? Why do you have to heat it up? Jason
DJ Dank
I think you're trying to burn off the deposits on the sensor...
