Sursely Posted April 16, 2005 Share Posted April 16, 2005 I have a icture on my pc that i want to be my avatar. i also have a picture of my truck on the computer finally as well. i tried to get them to load up but i keep getting an error message saying that the file is the wrong format?!? but it is a jpeg, so i dont know what is going on, maybe it is just a little too early on the weekends, but i dont know. SC88Pathy Posted April 16, 2005 Share Posted April 16, 2005 Try opening the pics in an image editor (MS Paint will probably work) then choose save as jpeg, make sure to click web ready if that is an option (it is on the Mac program GraphicConverter). Make sure that the file extension .jpg is at the end of the file name. Also your avatar has to be less than 20kb in size. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
