Where should these brackets be attached?

I was changing the oil in my car today and noticed the brackets on this line aren't attached to anything.  I couldn't find out where they go?  Can anyone take a photo of theirs and show me how it should be?

There just a bracket to stabilise that pipe what it’s on think it’s trans fluid running through . They bolt on with the Trans Pan bolts .
