How did you run your roof light wires?

For me , I used the A pillar for my roof lights. Everything fitted properly under the weather rubber strip... then the wires come out around the B pillar.. I put a small dab of black silicone and I never had any water come in between or under the weather strip.. here's a few pics..

Thanks for posting up. I especially appreciate the pictures.

My rear lights will be at the back corners of the roof, so I'm going to need to run the wire from back there.

I was wondering if I should run them back above the head liner, or come forward behind the side trim panel(s).

I will look in to running them up that channel for the roof rack, but I'm not sure that I want the headache that would create if/when adjusting my cross bars.

And my light bar will have to be mounted to the roof at the front most portion just above the A pillars.

I'm expecting to drill a hole and run the wires down under the A-pillar trim inside.

Any advice?

I ran the wires from the engine bay up the A pillar through some rubber floor conduit I found on Temu. It's self adhesive conduit stuck to the windshield surrounds on my Terrano. Will probably stick well to the glass itself. After a couple of months out in the weather, it is showing no signs of unsticking. I bought another length as backup in case it does eventually fail.
