97 Pathy no start issue- need help

I recently had a no start after shut down. replaced the distributer thanks to suggestions here. Worked great. Had it out on the beach yesterday, nothing too aggressive, but it just shut down. Luckily I got it towed away from the incoming tide, then got my truck and towed it home. Still can't get it to start. It has spark and I can smell fuel. Has anyone had a similar issue? Starter cranks engine so I don't think it is catastrophic.

I had a similar issue last fall. Shut-down and wouldn't start......replaced the distributor. Worked great for a week then it died again and had a no start issue. Turned out to be a faulty camshaft position sensor.

 

Can you see if the ECU is showing any codes?

RC Cola - My rig is a Canadian model also so I will definitely check the sensor. I haven't gotten a code reader on it yet, but that is next. I'll get back to you on that front. Thank you for the help.
