CDN_S4
I wasn't sure what to name this thread, but essentially I was wondering if there were any active members from the New England / north eastern states region interested in joining me, countryboy88 and a few other members from Expo on a weekend trip through northern Mass/ Vermont neck of the woods? This will be the 3rd trip with this group, however this year we have a bunch of new people coming along, so why not see if there are any more Pathgrinders that want the come along? Dates: 28-30 May Lcoation: Torrey Mountain Road, Tunnel Road, Old Florida Road Pix for clix Sent from my Pathfinder
Precise1
Might want to put this in the Regional Areas section as well. Otherwise, have fun! B

sleeper00
I might be into tagging along with a few Xterra buddies. The only issue I see is GONE Moab (the gathering of nissan enthusiast) is going to be around then. Ill keep you posted.
CDN_S4
Yes this is one of the most popular wheeling weekends of the year. All I can say, the last 2 trips have been an absolute blast, very low key, unofficial event, no cost associated other than what you chose to spend. This year will be more technical than last year. It's an open invitation.
sleeper00
Awesome! Not sure if i can get the time off for Moab this year, so this looks like a great alternative!
EricDPathy
I might be interested in following along on this trip. But.....Isn't Florida road only for highly modified rigs? Which I don't have....yet. I don't know about the other roads. Also, are you familiar with Northeast Overland .com? They do a lot of trips in the Vermont area too. Moose on the Loose run looks like a blast, sadly just a pipe dream for me though.
CDN_S4
Yeah I'm familiar with the Moose on the Loose and Vermont Overland Rally etc... Florida road is pretty tricky from what I see on YouTube. One of the guys says it's doable on 33's but most people in this group own very lightly overland vehicles, not trail rigs. So Florida road is optional, not everyone will end up doing it. I know I won't! Too far from home to break something. But there will be other, less difficult trails, mostly class 4 roads and logging routes. We jokingly call these trips "expeditions" because we made a sticker for the last trip and we all know, it's not an expedition until you have a sticker to prove it lol. So it's really just about getting out, having some fun, enjoying this thing called nature, camping, driving and some wheeling.
