Precise1
So, all the gears you have to pull back for... The shifter sits in a plastic guide IIRC which can be worn/damaged. If it is, it might not be allowing enough throw to engage those gears. Go to the Garage section and down load a 1994 FSM from the pinned thread, then look in the MT section for an exploded view to see. I'm guessing that removing the shifter, looking and a trip to the junkyard will get you back on the road. Tylereaton94
The only gears I have are 1st 3rd and 5th and I took the shifter off and looked in there and I couldn't see anything
Precise1
Yes, I understand that, but you probably have to take the piece out to examine it. I know this has been discussed in a thread here... Have you looked at the exploded view? B
Terranovation
It's more than likely the clutch plate is ssssnafooed.
PeteyPathy
No, if clutch was bad either, wouldn't go in any gear or wouldn't move when it was in gear. Sounds like the secondary shaft in tranny is broken or you lost final drive gear. When you say won't go in gear it won't go into position or it goes into position but won't move?
