No video on did head unit

Hey what's up, I just installed a new pioneer head unit and tried to play a did and have no video. I noticed the green parking brake wire but can't find the brown/white wire to splice to. Any suggestions as I am lost and can't play video. Thanks.

I saw a wire but it has a boot covering it and I tried splicing the green wire earlier but didn't work. Can I splice the green wire to a ground or something
