1987caddy
Hey everyone, I was going to replace rear springs with Jeep springs if I can find some at junkyard. Only looking for stock ride height to 1 inch lift at the most. Just need more weight capacity for traveling. Will I need to modify the panhard bar mount with such a small lift? Precise1
Nope, I have about 3" of lift and still run the stock panhard bar locations. I do plan to correct the angle but it hasn't caused any problems. I am certain 1" lift doesn't need any modification. It would actually be harder to do..,. B

Inyourface1650
1" your fine... With 3 inches of lift I keep blowing lower arm bushings.... 4x4parts makes a drop bracket, but it's only recommended for 3"+...and of course they are taking their usual slow as time getting it to me... 1987caddy
If I ever raise mine higher, I'll build a drop bracket. I try to make as many parts as I can.
