I got these as a second set when i bought my 93 Pathy and as you can see the outers have some damage. Can they be fixed or not??? Wan to use them on one of my other Nissans.

That is a lot better but it is still hard to tell and I haven't had mine off/apart for a long time to reference to. I keep looking at the corroded center piece, is that what you are talking aboot? Have you contacted Warn? I have heard of them replacing parts unconditionally before. If not, can it be disassembled and cleaned? Is it corroded in place?

 

Sorry if that doesn't help much. :unsure:

That whole hub can be taken apart, I just did it with one of mine, the center on mine was corroded far worse than those.

 

Pull out the roll pin with a pliers, and the flat spring thing can be lifted off the tabs that hold it down, than unscrew the ring that the flat spring sits against, I think it unscrews left hand not 100% sure. The center dial part should come out next and it has an O-ring.

Did you clean it or did you get a replacement???? It still turns and the PO said it was on the drivers side and he was having trouble turning it so he bought new ones. I will be sending an email to Warn tonight and will let you know what they say.
