Total Chaos Suspension

I contacted Total Chaos just to see if there were any options for us, slim though the chances may be. Here's a copy of our emails. Hope it can be of help if anybody wants to attempt something like that.

 

 

 

Total Chaos,
I'm sure you must get this question a lot, but does Total Chaos have
any kits for vehicles of other makes? Particularly, Nissan?

Thanks for the fast reply! I drive a Pathfinder, and am part of
NPORA(Nissan Pathfinder Off Road Association). I'd love to know if
you have anything for the Pathfinders in general, and more
specifically, which models. (86-89 WD21, 90-95 WD21, 96-2004 R50,
2005+ R51, etc.)

If so, there are many people on that forum that would be interested to
hear what could work for their trucks, or even if there was something
that could be made to interchange with our vehicles.

Unfortunately there is so little demand for higher end suspension kits for
those vehicles that it isn't economically feasible to invest all of the R&D
time and money it would take to develop it. As it is we are probably
discontinuing the kits we make for the 98-04 Frontier's/Xterra's due to lack
of sales.

Right, thats exactly why there's so little aftermarket availability
for these vehicles. Thats too bad, but we completely understand. Not
everyone loves our Pathfinders as much as we do! If we wanted to take
a look at the setup you DO have for the 98-04 Frontier's/Xterra's, is
there a brick and mortar store we can go to or is it all online? Our
members are all across the globe, I'm sure someone lives close enough
to go check it out.

No dealers stock that particular kit although we do have some here at our
facility if someone was in the Southern California area and wanted to check
it out. We are in Corona which is about an hour and a half North of San Diego at
the juncture of the 15/91 freeways.

So, verdict is: No Total Chaos made for the Pathfinder specifically (big surprise there...) but if parts are interchangeable from the 98-04 Frontier or Xterra, then we might have something. And for any SoCal member that'd like to take a look at it in person, take a drive and see what you find!

I'm about 20 miles from there, but my pathys are an 88 and a 94 no luck for me :(
