Here are the specifications for the 81302 coil spring:

Free Height Reference_______14.8125”

Test Height________________8.50”

Test Load to get from Free Height to Test Height___1,121.0 lbs.

To compress one additional inch you need 180.0 lbs.

End 1____________________PT-150

End 2____________________Tang.

Yes the Moog # 81302 coils are the stock replacement for the front R50.
