Federal Mogul- specifications are provided for the coil springs that MOOG offer

Federal -Mogul sent me an email with a attachment of specifications for all the coil springs that MOOG offers.Thought it might be handy to have? Would like to find out what front coils they offer would work for the 2-3 inch lift for the front with the GC on the rear.

so dont want to sound premature but are the 81115 and 81302 arent listed? or am i just not seeing them

Nope, it jumps from 81108 to 81204...

Figured out why, this is just a list for the front coils, not the rear. 81115s are for the rears aren't they?

yeah just sucks i didnt get to my lift yesterday but on wedensday i will get measurements for the stock springs for the front and rear okay.

That'd help a lot. Who knows, we might be able to find something close enough in this list of moog stuff that'll work and be a heck of a lot cheaper than the AC ones..

9638 springs is the closest i can find to my ironman springs almost i dentical to it

Is that the MOOG # 9638 from the list I got for the front or rear coils and 2" over stock? or.. I did send the guy from Federal-Mogul an email asking for the list of all the rear coil #s aee what he says about the missing #81115.

That Moog # 9638 are $64 for the pair from Rock Auto

That coil is for the Nissan Altima 1993-97... interesting... That inner diameter is close though you say? (5.7")

my iron man springs are supposed to be a 1.4 lift on my truck i have nx4 spacers also though

Here is the answer from Federal-Mogul on the Coil Springs:

 

 

Kurt, the list of coil spring specification that we sent you is the only published list that there is, if you have a couple of spring numbers and submit a request for specifications, I will see if they are available and send them to you, here are the specification for spring number 81115:

 

Bar Diameter_____________0.515”

Inside Diameter___________5.060”

Free Height Ref.__________14.3125”

It takes 678 lbs to compress the spring from free height to test height (8.50”), to compress the spring an additional 1” you need an additional 120 lbs..
