theexbrit
Hi all, I still have a weird camber issue. Most of the time the front wheels look normal but every now & again I'll notice that one or both front wheels have positive camber which will disappear after driving a little way. I have new ball joints, no spacers, new sway bar links & regular (no-adjustable) bolts in the bottom of the strut. The only thing I can think of that might cause intermittent positive camber would be if the A-arm bushings were worn. There's only certain things that affect camber & I can't think of anything else that might cause this. Any other ideas as to what would cause an intermittent positive camber? Slartibartfast
I'd take a look at the metal around the A-arm mounts/struts/etc to make sure it's not rusted out or busted. If all that's good, jack it up and see if you can push the camber around by hand... the see what's moving that shouldn't be. Pretty much anything else that would let the wheels move that much would probably make enough noise to make itself obvious.
