Boris Posted December 4, 2004 Share Posted December 4, 2004 Hi all. So, I have been reading this and a few other forums for some time trying to decide which 4X4 is for me. The Pathfinder won. I don't have one as yet but am close to getting my first 4X4 ever, a 96.5 black SE which is mint except it has an auto trany (I hate autos). I was looking for a pre 96.5 2 door but all the ones in my area are dead or dying and I don't need another "project" right now. Anyhoo, I live in SWFL (surrounded by old people) and need a daily driver which can serve as a weekend toy/tow vehicle that isn't afraid of getting a bit dirty. As I live in an area that doesn't have the tallest mountains (the place is flat as a pancake) rock crawling will not be a major issue but I know I will not be able to keep this thing stock for too long.
