I don't know if this topic has been discussed or not. but with the first snow fall here in Illinois and the temp in the 30's, I'm having problems defrosting the side windows. Does anyone else have this problem or is this just something normal with SUV? I first noticed it this February when the temp dropped into the low teens and I actually had to scrap the frost off the INSIDE of the Window!

If its bad, I aim the outside air vents on the dash at the windows. The air bounces back anyways.

One thing you might want to keep in mind about defrosting your windows... Make sure your A/C is turned on by the little switch... The only difference is that the A/C being on gives you dehumidified air... But, I guess if it's in the teens there's probably not gonna be a whole lotta moisture in the air anyway... This is mainly helpful for when you windows get steamy...

Yah, I'd say its fairly normal. In the morning, I let my motor run for a good 10 minutes before driving, and she still isn't up to temp till I get a few miles down the road. Defrost works best for ice with the warm air from the motor, so it usualy takes a few to knock down the built up frost. I usualy just give her a quick scrape if its alot, and turn the de-frogger on high while she's warmin up.
