No fuel out of the injectors

Hey guys, hope someone can help me out here. My 89 pathfinder was running great....till it went half way under water. (slimy river rocks on an incline with the river current...not good) So, next day did the obveous, draind all fluids, and fuel...all of it had water in it. I forgot about the ECU under the passinger seat. Needless to say the circuit was totally corroded and rusted. Got a new one though and the truck would not start. Runs if I pour fuel down the TB, but the injecters hardly spit out a drop...litterally a drop. Any ideas? Now the fuel pump seems to be not working too. This happened 3 years ago, and it has been sitting for some time. I loved that truck and how it 4 wheeled...those damn things just go and go. Would like to get it going, but thought I'd ask for advice from others that know this vehicle. Thanks!!
