robinasu
What brand did you buy and/or modify?
hardwaretoad
As far as I've read on the posts (here & elsewhere) Thorley's are the way to go.... forget Pacesetter, etc. You'll pay more, but they're worth the wait to get them. Seems to me, I've also read no mods are needed, no matter what the ads say... "not for automatic".... Try a search, MaritimeMan is putting a set on right now, and there's other posts as well.... -study-
88pathoffroad
Either Thorleys or Pacesetters will work, evidently. Those are your only choices anyway.
jj big shoe
I put Thorleys on my '87 5-sp. They really wake the motor up. I highly recommend headers.

MidTex01GT
I was wondering the above as well... BTW, I just searched Summitt and they only have the pacesetters available for the 88s
jj big shoe
Rocky Road says they have Thorleys for $350. Thorley doesn't make as many headers for our trucks as they do for Chevy 350's and such, so if Rocky Road says they're on backorder check with Thorley directly to get an idea of when they will be tooling up to manufacture the Nissan sets. It took some folks on this board three months or so to get theirs.
Spooled
I called Summit just a couple weeks ago and asked them to drop ship directly from Thorley. 4 days later, they were at my door.
