bench bleeding

Can some one explain to me how you bench bleed a master cylinder. I have looked in the fsm but I am still a little lost. From what I understand you fill the MC with fluid while the plug the holes going to the brake lines. But that is where I am lost, how are you supposed to bleed it when the holes are plugged? So if someone could explain how you do this, it would be really helpful.

You'll probably be able to find more videos, I just grabbed the first one that showed up on the search.

 

If you're bleeding a new master cylinder I think it should come with parts to perform the bench bleeding procedure.

I'm at work and didn't watch the video. Essentially it soulds like you understand the procedure and I agree, bleeding is line nomenclature. You are more burping the MC but that sounds odd too...
