Check fuel lines, make sure they're not cracked or worn. Is your gas gauge accurate? Sure it's not a bad batch of gas? Try getting some gas from a different station, and run some 91 octane fuel for a few tanks.

Well since it's an 03 with the 3.5L you're supposed to run 91 octane all the time, but I don't think not doing it would cause the SES light to come on.

 

Sounds like you have a bad 02 sensor and maybe fuel gauge sending unit
