1987caddy Posted February 28, 2011 Share Posted February 28, 2011 I wired my factory fog lights from the parking lights. I tapped into the corner lamp to trigger the relay for the fog lights so I could run them with the parking lights only or with the headlights. Didn't notice until I was done that when I arm the alarm with keyfob, the park lights flash like usual but the fog lights do also. Will that quick jolt to the relay and fog lights burn them out quicker? Sorry so wordy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nunya Posted February 28, 2011 Share Posted February 28, 2011 Don't know how your state laws are but that might not be the best way to wire your fogs as some places have regulations against fogs being powered with high beams.
