-study- I've been looking for lift for the front of my 88 finder and there is lots of options, first off I was reading in here that the AC upper c arms wont give you any lift but they advertse 3" now s that what you would get after crankng your t bars all the way up( which I know is wrong) or is that what you get just from replacing the ucas I also see kits with torion bars which might not be a bad idea mine are fnished ( 280000 km will do that). so what do you think about bj spacers? I've already got my jgc coils and I was going to install this weekend but now I'm having second thoughts untill I get the lift for the front , it already has the raked look and I've turned the torsion bars up. any help, info, experience would be great.

BJ spacers will wreck stock UCA's eventually. Superlift UCA's are the next best option, with Calmini UCA's being the best. The AC UCA's are cheaply made and poorly designed. New torsion bars would be a good thing to have if your old ones are sagging.
