Round tooth timing belt pulleys

My local pick a part just got a 97 pathy. Truck is in very good shape, the only reason I can see for it being there is probably the auto trans. Someone already took the front of the motor off and I noticed it has the round tooth pulleys. Would pulleys from a 97 fit on my 87?

X2, the snout is usually what holds people up on swapping everything over. Nissan produced 6 different crank snout designs for the VG engine. Sometimes people get lucky and it all matches up, like a guy I know (wish he would join the forum already) that put a set up from a '96 on his '93.

The cam gear pulleys/sprockets interchange but you'll have to order the round tooth crank sprocket from the dealership for a 94/95 pathfinder because of the change in crankshaft diameter between the two engines.

I remember a post about the crank being different by year. So as long as its from a 94 or 95 it will fit my 87?
