Calmini Steering

The steering on the R50 couldn't get any tighter. It's pretty much car steering (rack & pinion like 180sx said) so there's no need to upgrade anything. I'd be more inclined to upgrade tie rods, if anything. And even that isn't necessary.

Yep, even with years of hard wheeling, Pezzy's only had 1 tie rod end replaced. Everything's still tight. This is the reason they went rack and pinion on the 2005+ X, Pathfinder and Frontier. It's far superior to the steering on the (W)D21-22 model trucks.

I have had a horrible time with my steering in the past, I replaced the whole system 3 times before I added a steering fluid cooler from a 2008 nissan patrol. No problems since then but for awhile it was the most frustrating thing in the world :headwall:

Yea some genius engineer decided to put rack and pinion on the Titan too. It drives and handles like a car which is great until you hook a 8000# camper to the back. The steering is so sensitive with a heavy load that you have to drive with both hands and your teeth to keep from swaying all over the road! I'm talking move one finger off the wheel and its swaying!
