The second one is for right hand drive (RHD). So if your steering wheel is on the wrong side or you have an idler arm on the left instead of a box then you need the second one.

wasn't thinking about getting it, the one I had on my D-21 I made myself, the one they sell looks easy enough to make as well, mine was a different design but it worked for me.
