Just wanted to say hello. i just registered her at your site and have been looking around. My wife has a 2009 Pathfinder after having 2 xterras. I just bought myself a 1999 Pathfinder SE 4WD today. It is in really good condition and I am looking forward to driving it. Last car was a 95 Jeep Grand Cherokee that was falling apart. This will also be my first 4WD vehicle as well. I would like to raise it a little and put some better tires under it in time. Can't really find any lift kits yet on the internet.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello and let you know I would be lurking and possibly posting as well. Nice Place yu have here. :jig:

Hey Jason, congrats on the new Pathy!! I'll ask this, do you have a 99.0- or a 99.5+ model. The differences (I can not define them, they aren't great) may be important some time. The wife just bought a 99.0, its quite nice...

As for lifts, suspension lifts is all you can do. Look in the 1996-2005 section for R50 lifts. It's all been discussed, trust me... :D

Had a Jeep and 2 x's and an r50 is your first 4wd :chairfall:

...sorry, I see humor in it.

It is a 99.0 and yes I see the humor in it. The X's and the 2009 pathy is my wifes. I think She did not get 4WD because She was afraid of where I would go with them! The Jeep was mine and bought out of necessity and at a cheap price. Hed to have a car when My Z Z-Car was down for the count. I have done a lot of offroad riding in the past it has just always been Buggies. Never been 4 wheeling.

I will check out the forums mentioned thanks everyone.

I had a 72 and heck I don't remember what the other one was. It's been a long time.I had one rail job but really enjoyed the Bahas a lot more.

Cool. I have a 65 convertible rolling chassis that I'm finally getting rid of after having it it for years. I just can't justify the room and expence of fixing it back up. It is sad, but I'm trying to find a buyer, not just taking it to a wrecker.
