Some parts - yes, some - no. For example, exhaust parts are different.

Engine parts are the same right, will the ecu aslo differ?

I believe ECU is the same, issue being auto ecu can be used in both but manual ecu doesn't work on the auto.

92-95 parts are all interchangeable

I'm in the caribbean(curacao) i found a 90 path for sale for $300 and i have a 95 so thought it was a good idea to get it for spear part.but i have to make sure they will fit

Buy it. You can get $300 worth of parts off of it in 1 hour. Sell some parts you know you don't need to recoup the initial purchase price.

Heck for $300, buy it-strip it of just body panels and you got your moneys worth. Add glass, interior, driveline parts... sell some off, scrap the shell and you make a couple and have a pile of extra stuff

Yes, engine mechanical parts are the same (except the timing belt sprockets, "round tooth" at 95 and "square tooth" at 90).
