Idel rough after wire change

I have a 92 Pathfinder and today after I had to replace some defective spark plug wires, I notice that my Idle is rough and fluctuating. This wasn't the case with the old wires which were defective. I'm thinking maybe I put too much di-electric grease on the boots? Could it be something else and just bad timing? Its weird the idle will be fine, then it will start going up and down for no reason.

hmm well I think I figured out the problem. After replacing my plugs I noticed that a vacuum line next to the 6th cylinder had come out. Well it just so happens that this particular line controls vacuum to the fuel regulator. Problem solved, kinda. I'm still getting a little roughness in idle, with a touch out rattling around my headers...lovely. Probably a different problem.
