changing belts, NEED HELP!

im trying to change out all 3 belts but i cant figure out how to get the power steering belt off. its driving me nuts! i feel like it this should be really easy, ive tried using search and found a couple threads but none really helped me out.

 

ive loosened the adjusting bolt behind the pulley and what i believe to be the mounting bolt behind the pulley through the hole in the front (if that makes sense)

 

dont know what to do from here

There should be a bolt on the side that is really long, that is the adjusting bolt. It was easier for me to go in through the fender well with the tire turned. Used a long extension too.
