Lower control arm bolts stuck

I'm working to remove the lower control arms to put in poly bushings. I had to cut one nut off on the rear (axle). I still cant get the bolt out - as with others as I read I believe it's seized in the bushing sleeve. Any advice? I've banged the hell out of it, heated it with a torch, applied PB Blaster... I'm beginning to think the only alternative is to cut off the bolt head and drill it out from both sides of the shackle.

Got one side done - had to grind dow one side - sawzall the other. Will do the other this weekend. This sucks - will be glad when it's done and will never have to do it again.

When using the grinder I scraped the hanger - I assume I'll need to paint that to keep the potential for rust lower.

Looking forward to no death wobble.

Try an air hammer to move stuff out. You don't have to hit the bolt itself. Anything solid nearby has worked for me. The vibration will often work it loose. I used a $20 from Lowes with good results. Only works for stuff that's accessible and next to solid tough components, of course.

That's not the problem now - I can't reinstall the arms 'cause I have the wrong size bushing sleeve. I finally got all the bolts out - I just can't reinstall the arm cause the bolts don't fit the sleeve.
