I think if you use a open end you can get the bolts out ok and then slide the pan across.

The exhaust pipe shouldnt be in the way but the heat sheild will be thats on the pipe.

Yes I have been using the lucas atf adative since I came back from gilbert ORVP since the dip came out and shot atf all over the place causing the tranny to go into limp home mode.It went from slipping at 4500 up to nice smooth shifts and it stoped slipping.It is worth the money and I would use it.

It is a quility product and Lucas has been a Great company for years.
