Okay guys here's the deal- My buddy is getting rid of his 2dr pathy due to frame rot. the transmission shifts better then my own,so i'm considering a swap. is the length of the output shaft and all that mess on the 2dr AT the same dimensions as those on the 4dr?

Just make sure that it is the tranny with overdrive, the earliest ones didn't have it. There was a thread recently about auto trannys and going from TBI (2 door) to MPFI (4 door); it was sensor and tranny ECU related. You should give it a read, let me see if I can find it...
