Yakima Roof Basket/Rack

So I have a brand new yakima load warrior OR mega warrior, @ 50% off, and im probably gonna go grab the load warrior before it sells....But i gots a q

 

I don't have a factory rack, and my ma is completely against drilling through the roof, so i can't install a junkyard rack...so im probably gonna have to find a yakima qtower setup, but won't these have to attach via the doors? and then will my rack have to be shifted all the way forward above the drivers area? Or is there another option/setup that will set it back where the factory rack will be?

This is the mounting system my rack uses, can be placed just about anywhere over a door.

so if you put two over the back doors, will that be too close to support the roof basket? cause I'd like to have it set back, above the cargo area as far as possible :\

Just use a stretch kit. It will look like mine.

No problem. I also like the stretch kit because I can mount my side lights to it.
