ATF drain and top up ?'s

I have a 2001 SE 4X4 auto with 94,000 miles. I'm the third owner. It doesn't look like anybody has ever changed the ATF. It looks clear, with a tinge of brown, but does not smell burnt. I just want to drain out as much as I can, then top up. Does 5 qts. sound like the right amount? Please don't tell me to measure off what I drain out and then replace. That's real messy and usually inaccurate.

Is any Dexron III OK?

Thanks for any help on this,

why dont you want to flush? i was skeptical on flushing too, until i went and did it, and it actually made a noticeable difference. i thought the tranny was already smooth, i had no idea it could get even smoother
