Do they make roof racks that are made to carry canoes? and still able to have lights? and has anyone put a stock tire carrier off a pathy and put it on one that didnt have one stock? and what did you have to do? any help would be great.

I just finished putting some after-market cross bars on my truck and looked at many roof racks but I never saw anything you are describing. As for the tire carrier, I think there has been a few guys here that have added one. Try :search:

You could probably get a Yakima setup with a Load Warrior and mount the lights off the bottom tubes and the canoe carrier off the top tubes.

 

As for the tire carrier, I think someone else on here is about to do the install, look around, maybe share notes.
