elborracho
I have a 1995 with a 5 sp manual tranny. The tranny is very sloppy fore and aft. (lash) Going from on to off throttle in traffic gives me the heebs ! It is going to grenade some day soon. Can a manual tranny from a 1998 bolt in to my 1995? Because I have a buddy who will sell me his cheap. If there is someone out there with some knowledge on this topic that would be lovely !

MY1PATH
I'd like to know why not? If a 98 3.3L will go into a 95 & older 3.0L; the bell should bolt up so what won't... Is the hump on the wd21 not big enough for the r50 tranny? Shifter in a differant spot? x-fer-case on the wrong side? spline counts? tell me if you know. GrimGreg
It will probably bolt up, but it is not the same one that you have now.
