MarkGardiner Posted January 27, 2008 Share Posted January 27, 2008 welcome! nice,another 2 door if you plan on putting an amc20 on it, i'd suggest getting the moser or yukon 1 piece axle shaft upgrade and trussing the housing, it'll be as strong if not stronger than a d44. MarkGardiner Posted January 27, 2008 Share Posted January 27, 2008 sorry man, just reread your first post and noticed its an amc20 from an early 80's wagoneer, which is a heavy duty amc20, I thought it was a CJ AMC20, if its from a wagoneer it already has the 1 piece shaft and thicker housing, its a good axle.
