Squeak of Death

Alright, well as always something new has gone wrong with the truck. This afternoon after doing some fishtailing in the snow i was on the road home and something in the passenger side front end started squeaking like a bastad. It squeaks whenever the suspension moves up and down, extremely loud. I cant figure out where it is coming from but im assuming either the upper or lower ball joint. Of course it dosent help that nissan didnt put any grease fittings on any of the ball joints. So my question is has anybody had a similar problem and what i could possibly do to fix it aside from replacing the ball joints. Get some grease fittings maybe? or just take out the plugs and put some grease in there. The boots seem to be intact which is what is puzzling me.
