unccpathfinder
AMERICA has told Britain that it can “kidnap” British citizens if they are wanted for crimes in the United States. A senior lawyer for the American government has told the Court of Appeal in London that kidnapping foreign citizens is permissible under American law because the US Supreme Court has sanctioned it. I stopped there...I bet if we asked nicely they would corporate or at least try to help instead of hey we decided its legal for us to come into your country and take folks...I dont think we would take too kindly to that happening here... Precise1
Nice!! No arrogance at all!! “If you kidnap a person outside the United States and you bring him there, the court has no jurisdiction to refuse — it goes back to bounty hunting days in the 1860s.” Well, thats how this current admin likes to work. The shakiest loopholes are a clear mandate, 'cause thats what we want'. The Tollmans, who control the Red Carnation hotel group and are resident in London, are wanted in America for bank fraud and tax evasion. The biggest crime there is!! You owe the US government $!! Funny, isn't there still a 100lb, 7' tall Arab walking around somewhere we should want to speak with more??? A senior lawyer for the American government has told the Court of Appeal in London that kidnapping foreign citizens is permissible under American law because the US Supreme Court has sanctioned it. Thats where it falls apart, though. It is all based on the belief that you can trust a lawyer... B

94extreme
we never did turn him over although we had the intention to do so. it never happened because all the charges against him and his associates were dropped before we had a chance to send him down there.
