Help me shop for a new (to me) Pathy

This will be my third one in 14 years

 

Needed for: Alaska

 

Budget:

$3500 max

(prefer $2000 to $2500)

 

Maintenance:

Prefer to have timing belt already done.

Prefer to not have exhaust mani bolt problems.

Don't feel comfy with more than 175,000 miles

Not rusted out.

 

Must haves:

5-speed manual

4x4

 

Like to have:

2 door

already lifted

 

 

Location-

I am in the Portland, Oregon metro area.

I am shopping this area and suburbs, will look in Salem, Eugene.

I would travel to the Seattle area for a great rig\great deal.

Autotrader.com

Cars.com

 

Point me out to any good buys you all come across!

 

Also give me your opinion on some of the rigs I post in this thread!

yea i live near portland and have been wathching the craigslist ads in that area for almost a year and that is about the going price for a nissan pathfinder i saw this one today it should atleast be on the list http://portland.craigslist.org/clk/car/447447151.html

I would get that one it looks like it has a nice body and interior and for $1900 that is not bad at all.

Blown exhaust manifold gaskets.

Overdue for timing belt.
