Rear hatch squeaks a lot when closed i can open it and the noise goes away ...was wondering if you guys have the same problem and if its just the weather strip cause its not a rattle and the hatch fits good

mine sqeaked but then i got mine undercoated and they lubricated the hinges and the noise went away

 

Yeah mine did that, I just put some dressing on the weatherstripping and it went away.

I get squeaks from the doors and the rear, it just means the weather stripping is drying out so a little silicone works wonders. It sis so dry and dusty here that I have to do it every couple of months to keep all the squeaks down.

 

Our van sliding doors are real bad for this too.
