You can say "Giovanni's Pizzeria" or just "pizza". * get connected to the business, free of charge. * get the details by SMS if you’re using a mobile phone. Just say "text message". And it's free. Google doesn’t charge you a thing for the call or for connecting you to the business. ***** And did you guys know that you can also TEXT anything to google? Text your question to 466453 (GOOGLE) and they will text back the results for free. You can even get driving directions or weather forecast with the text method. FUELER Posted August 24, 2007 Author Share Posted August 24, 2007 The problem with 800-FREE411 is that the machine tries to guess your verbal response twice before connecting you with a live person, and that computer is ALWAYS wrong, so it just wastes the first two minutes. 1-800 San Diego is much faster (also free 411) I have yet to try 1-800-GOOG411 but since its google, i'm going to guess that its very streamlined!
