Some New Lift Testing Pics.

Recommended Posts

So last night me and my friend hit a couple of trails up a local canyon here. Everything was going fine until I decided that I wanted to test out my new front skid. 1/4" skid. So I drive up to a rock that I think would be ideal for it and since it was night the rock was smaller then I thought and I slid right over it and became high centered on the rear LCA mounts and my diff. I put it in reverse and went no where. Turns out I was stuck on that big tab that comes out of hte bottom of the diff. (see second pic) I couldn't go foward because of a pretty decent drop off. The rock was right where the oil pan would have been with out this subframe lift.

Some good rockrash to the LCAs but nothing is bent except for that rear passenger side LCA mount cap. (the thing that you unbolt when you remove those 2 bolts)

Wish I had a camera on the trail. Oh well.. Time for an ARB.
