Speed Sensor.

Hi everybody. First of all let me tell you, this is the most helpful forum for the Pathfinders. I did learned a lot from you guys. Thank you.

 

Now to the little problem I have. I need to get the speed sensor out of the TC to replace it, and don’t know how. Any help? Thanks.

there is a single phillips head screw holding it in. on the passenger side. unscrew and pull Also have to disconnect the wiring

Yes! I did that, but the thing is stack in there and does NOT want to come out. I use everything that I could find + sraied it with PB Bluster, and it still not movig. at the end the stupid little ear bracket brock off. *@# & *@#*@ Thanks any way.

Those things are notoriously hard to get out. You could try screwing a screw directly into it and using that as a pry point to pull on, maybe with a claw hammer or a crowbar?

wow, im impressed you got it out. I gave up and swaped rear cases. altho it was out of the truck so I didnt try all that hard.

Yea, up to day 3 on mine... it broke off flush to the case today... where did i put that maul axe?
