Spline count

how many spline have you guys re indexed your tbars to? It says 2-4 and I was wondering what would happen if it gets more than that.

 

I guess it wouldnt make much of a difference if one side is re indexed by one or two more spline than the other

I only needed to move 2 splines. A little goes a long way

i guess it depends on how much lift u want...for max lift pull the front retainer plate and loosen the adjuster bolts all the way up and twist the bar so its bottomed out on the adjuster and then slide the adjuster plate over the bolts tighten it up then crank away...but if your not getting coils in the rear this will set the nose way up in the air

Thanks guys. Im going to be installing jgc coils in the back. I was just looking at some pics of 3+3 lift and they all have the same set up but some seems to look higher than others. I guess it just depends on how the front was cranked and the weight they have in the back.

 

oh yeah, on re indexing it looking from underneath ,twuist it counterclockwise on drivers side and clockwise on the passenger side. It this correct guys?

I would suggest looking and seeing how much you currently have for Adjusting room on the bolts.

 

I believe the stock measurement of the bolt sticking through it 2.03" if its like mine was there was barely .5 sticking through and I just adjusted them from there, no re-indexing required...
