To clip the seat belts to when you put the back seat down..... Try it i bet they stay attached to the back rest....

Wow now I feel really dumb for spending bunch of time trying to get my seatbelts to stay out while trying to put the seat back down.. :P

man i have an 87 and a 95 and i was like what the hell are there plastic disks for and then upon further inspection i saw where the hooks had been broken off and realized how big of a PITA it is to keep the seat belt buckles above the seats...damn NC and passing their all passenger back seat seatbelt laws
