Low cold idle

Okay so New Years eve I parked my truck at Sun Peaks, a ski resort near Kamloops BC.. did the New Years party thing, and slept in my Pathfinder overnight.

In the morning the battery was dead, from the 300w heater I had going. I knew it would die but it was a good sacrifice for the temperature.

Anyway, after a jump I let her run for a while. It was idling at the normal "warmed up" idle speed, around 700 and was idling a little rough, with 50rpm jumps and drops.

Could this be due to the altitude? 4100ft.

I have never had mine overnight at a mountain, but when i get in after about 7-8 hours of sitting it usually idles about 1300 rpm, at close to 4,000 ft. It normaly idles at sea level when it is cold at about 1700 rpm. So i would say it could be from the altitude but 700 rpm when it is cold seems a little low.
