Turning guides/blocks?

My Pathfinder needs a whole lot of room to turn! I had a 91' Townecar that had a shorter turning radius than this truck! I brought the truck to my mechanic and he told me that he could move the turning blocks(?)and that I would get a little better radius from that. Would, in you folks opinion, make a noticeable difference?

He means the bump stops and yes it would help. Some trucks didn't have bump stops though )like mine) so you have to be careful.

 

I find the pathy's turning radius to be quite good.

My pathy has a great turning radius. Of course, I usually lightly tap the brake, turn the wheel and hit the gas. She slides around the corner just fine

They're not bump stops, they're turn stops. There is one in front of each wheel and one behind.
