Guest 88PFMN
Hopefully got someone's attention there. The 2 door Paths had been an object of my lust since their intro in my college days, so when I found myself needing a good all around utility/offroad/icerunner/kid, bike and snowboard hauler, it was the natural choice. Being of discerning taste, I had to have the SE with the Mad Max wheels, factory pop-up sunroof and a gajillion probs yet to be sorted out. With all the excitement of achieving these collegehood dreams, I was willing to overlook the fact that my PF leans a bit to the right (literally), the rear end is trying to escape from the rest of the vehicle and as my wife put it, there's a loud putt putt sound coming out from under the hood. Relax, I tell her, this is why we have the internet. So far, I've cranked that pass side torsion bar back up, WD'd the daylights out of my spare tire carrier and every bolt under the rear end in prep for work to come. As soon as I'm sure the wheels won't fall off, we're heading for the woods. For some reason, the 4WD works perfectly.
